Not enough mosques...

About 300 mosques exist in Belgium, of which 51 are officially recognized and receive funds from the government. 'Not enough' says Farid El Machaoud, spokesperson of the Muslim community; not enough mosques & not enough money, and to slow a process to get a mosque officially recognized...

I wonder, how many Churches are officially recognized and funded in any Muslim country...

Well it seems no, there aren't enough mosques in Belgium... The minister of Interior Affairs Marino Keulen has approved the official recognition of the BADR mosque in Hasselt, the second to be recognised -thus funded- by the government.
Has anyone got a clue of the number of recognized & funded Christian Churches in Islamic countries? I really wonder..
